How is Acne related to Lifestyle?Acne can make the skin scarred and damaged. Even though it is not a critical medical situation, it is good to see a dermatologist and maintain good lifestyle habits to avoid an outburst of acne in the more oily areas of the body such as the face, shoulder, neck, chest, back, etc. Acne is mainly related to two things: Hormonal changes during teenage periods and menstrual cycles may be the reason of acnes. Acnes may also erupt during pregnancy periods. At times, they are a result of taking birth control pills and other strong doses of medication. Also, daily lifestyle patterns like being under the sun for too long and taking in oily or fatty foods rich in cholesterol and carbohydrates can stimulate the formation and growth of acnes. Taking in too much oily food and failure to keep the skin clean and free of pores, whiteheads and blackheads can give birth to acnes. Good eating habits full of all nutrients and necessary vitamins can keep our skin healthy and free of zits and pimples. Vegetables, a low fat diet and avoidance of too many make-up and chemicals cab help us retain healthy, glowing and acne free skin!
